I graduated in Communication Sciences and Cultural Management, however my sensitivity began to show me new means of communication beyond words, and I started working as a Massage Therapist and Spa Therapist in 2011. I also completed training in Colon Hydrotherapy, Craniosacral Therapy, Ayurveda, Sound Healing (Tibetan Bowls), Mindfulness Meditation, Yoga, Radiesthesia, Energy Therapies, and Spiritual Initiations. I deepened my knowledge of Biomagnetism and Cellular Harmony therapies at the Figueira Mansa Center, as well as practices of purification and energy harmonization. I explore natural methods and medicines that promote the balance and well-being of our physical, mental/emotional, and spiritual Being as a whole, in connection with our greatest power: Love!

Cellular Harmony Therapy

Cellular Harmony is an individual therapy that helps to correct and restore balance to physical, emotional, mental and energetic blockages through the application of specific tuning fork frequencies.Each session begins with the issue the person wishes to address. This may include anxiety, fatigue, tension, emotional blockages, recurring patterns, difficulty overcoming past experiences, feelings of stagnation, or any other imbalance affecting their well-being.Through a therapeutic assessment of the body and pulse, we seek to identify the emotions underlying the issue, as well as past traumas or experiences that may have triggered or contributed to the current symptoms and blockages.Once the blockages and their possible roots have been identified, specific tuning fork frequencies are applied to restore balance to the affected areas, harmonise the chakras, and support a deeper rebalancing of the body and energy.More than a relaxation experience, Cellular Harmony is a process of investigation, awareness and harmonisation that explores the relationship between the body, emotions, energy and past experiences.

Biomagnetism

This therapy uses pairs of magnets applied to specific points of the body to help restore energetic and pH balance. It supports the body in creating an environment less favorable to the activity of viruses, bacteria, parasites, and fungi. It may help accelerate natural healing processes while promoting a sense of lightness and immediate physical and emotional well-being. Each session is personalized, non-invasive, and focused on supporting the body in recovering its natural harmony.

Sattva Massage

A unique bodywork method developed through years of therapeutic practice, integrating the finest elements of Eastern and Western body work traditions with Craniosacral Therapy, Tibetan Sound Therapy and integrative therapeutic approaches. Every session is individually crafted, responding to the body's needs in the present moment to release tension, regulate the nervous system and cultivate a profound sense of balance, presence and wellbeing.

Energetic Purification

An SOS session, available in person or remotely, designed to help purify and harmonize the energetic field, restoring greater mental clarity and vitality. An energetic cleansing practice for both people and spaces, using Radiesthesia and Quantum Touch / Reiki to promote an immediate sense of lightness, calm, and balance.
